Who are these grips suited for?
Grips can be a real preference thing but we suggest Jaw Grips are a great place to start for you first grips if you're new to CrossFit. The enable you to continue to build grip strength in your hands whilst still providing hand protection.
These grips are very reasonably priced, come in a great range of colours and last for a decent amount of time. Allow yourself some time to get used to them and wear them in. We suggest wearing these on a barbell for a few times to wear them in and continue to load with chalk.

Avoid rips by spending some time on the bar without grips, regularly remove calluses with the FxD callus shaver kit and keep building gymnastics strength with strict and dynamic movements - you got this!
