Frequently asked questions
How can I pay for my order?
When ordering online you can pay with your visa/credit card using the secure Shopify payments system or alternatively by bank deposit. At the FxD store in Wellington we have an Eftpos facility available.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
That depends! Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, they will either get packed up and shipped the same day or the following day. Orders made on a Friday will be sent first thing on a Monday. Orders are sent by courier – generally Fastway or Courier Post, depending on your region.
Note: During Covid19 pandemic this make take a bit longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We have a few shipping rates available. For smaller orders our shipping rate is $4.50 and for larger and heavier orders our shipping rate is $8.50. We charge $8.50 for rural deliveries. We offer free shipping for orders over $100.
If you are based in Wellington and able to collect then select the Pick Up option when processing your order so that a $0 shipping rate is applied.
Note: Pick up is not currently available during the Covid19 pandemic.
When is your Wellington store open?
Note: Unfortunately our store front is currently closed due to the Covid19 pandemic.
We are based at 298 Taranaki Street in Wellington and generally open 5 days a week (assuming our toddler is playing ball).
Our usual business hours are:

If you can't make it in during one of the above times but would like to pop in then send us an email or message over instagram and we can sort something out!
Note - you can pick up an online order anytime that CrossFit Central Wellington is open which works around class times found here. This provides more extensive opening hours for you to collect.
Is it possible to make a larger order for my business?
Yes! If you have a large order or would like to buy multiple units for your gym, physio or massage clinic then get it touch. I love being able to support other likeminded businesses!
There is a brand or variant of a brand that you don't already stock that I'd like to see - can you get it in?

Terms and conditions
All our products on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
Our prices exclude shipping costs (unless you spend over $100, in which case shipping is free).
Returns and refunds
We endeavour to make sure all our items are of the highest quality.
If your products are faulty or you don't receive the correct goods, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order at email@example.com and return the faulty or incorrect goods. This will be promptly rectified.
The cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.
We have a 'no exchange policy' unless the goods are incorrect or faulty. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about the products before ordering.
Expected time of arrival
Your parcels ETA depends on how you have opted to receive your goods:
- Shipped- As soon as you receive notification that your order has been shipped you will also receive a tracking number. Parcels usually take 2-3 business days to arrive, depending on where you live. We can always help track the parcel if you don't receive it in that time frame, just flick us an email!
- Pick up: CrossFit Central Wellington- As soon as you receive notification that your order has been “shipped” then it is ready for you to collect at CrossFit Central Wellington, 298 Taranaki Street. Please just pop in during class hours to collect. Class hours can be found here.
We do not take any responsibility for items that are lost during transit. In saying that, the couriers have lost a grand total of two parcels to date. Get in touch - we can track it down!
All personal information that you may share with us including your name, address and email will be held in confidence. We do not share information under any circumstances.
